Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

I was very impressed by how helpful the staff were at your Merthyr Tydfil store, I explained to your salesman (Lee) that I had previously had spinal surgery and needed a mattress and bed to support my lower back. Lee explained to try the Sleepmatch it will map out your body and recommend a mattress that would support my lower back. I tried out three Tempur mattress's and decided to purchase the Tempur cooltouch original elite mattress and the Lucia 400i double bed, the advice received from Lee was excellent and will be definitely recommending Dreams Beds to my family and friends.

Kelly was really friendly and approachable. No question was a silly question and made me feel Confident in purchasing at dreams

I had very limited time and both assistants were available to guide and provide good quality knowledge of the product They were friendly but super efficient. I spent more than anticipated but this was understanding the quality of the product being purchased.

Could not get over how lovely the assistant Kelly was, she know about all products, and we didn't feel rushed at all,,, this was my second visit in 2years, and l was well taken care of,,, would gladly recommend this store, and Kelly,

professionalism and knowledge of staff who did not try to lead us to the dearest product but gave an honest and warm guide to what was best for us to get a good nights sleep

Claire was so understanding, friendly and helpful. I have various disabilities and Claire helped me off the beds and used the machine to see what bed would be best for my back as I suffer with bursitis in my hips and scoliosis. She assisted with showing the beds that were suitable on the list and she helped with choosing a bed that was perfect for my needs. I was so happy how understanding she was and how she understood that I had problems and made sure to make me feel comfortable and made us tea and gave us water.

The staff was very polite and very helpful.

Really friendly team had lots of time for us and didn’t make us feel like our two small children weren’t welcome in the store infact quite the opposite our girls said upon leaving that it was their new favourite store lol 😂 Not too pushy and didn’t pounce on us as soon as we walked in. Also didn’t push us for our max budget either so they could try and sell us more expensive items, all these things mentioned really Afro are me and make me want to leave a store before I have Evan had a good look.

Kelly at Dreams in Pentrebach was fantastic help when me and my partner were looking for a new bed and mattress. She offered refreshments and made sure we went through every option available and tailored to our needs.

The assistant who helped us was the best, ticked every box on the sheet. She is the standard all customer service representatives should aim for.
