The colleague named Lee in the Merthyr Tydfil store was very knowledgeable and went through all the options without us feeling pressured. He gave outstanding customer service and would not hesitate to recommend Dream's to others or shop there again. Yet to receive mattress but I have no doubt it will be to a very high quality and we will have many a comfortable night on it!
