Mark, the salesperson at Merthyr Tydfil branch was absolutely first class. He was friendly, very helpful, gave us very helpful and knowledgeable advice which was greatfully received and helped ud in our decisions . He was not pushy at all and was readily available in store and had a pleasant, polite manner. We will definetly buy from your store again very soon.

Visited Dreams to find the ideal mattress for my wife & I, on entering the shop the sales assistant asked us if we needed any help with anything, we answered not for the minute we are just browsing, after about 10 minutes we asked the sales assistant (Mark) if he could find the idea mattress for us by using the pressure point machine, he was very helpful, explained what to expect and asked if we would like a beverage, to which we answered no thank you, once the process was complete after about 3 mins, Mark then explained the COVID rules whilst moving around the shop to test various mattresses that suited our body & sleep style, again Mark asked us both if we wanted a beverage, Mark continued to show us the style of mattress that suited us from the machine output, we narrowed the search down to two mattresses, Mark then gave us time to find the best match, and once we decided the process was very quick and Mark was very helpful throughout the process, no pressure selling which I dislike.

The sales advisor mark was very friendly he knew what he was talking about and he was very patient, he made us a lovely cup tea and made the visit relaxing.
