Met at door by customer support person (Mike). Excellent service, impressed with technology to select mattress, very good range of products. Mike was very knowledgeable, and helped us with product selections, without being pushy. He was also concerned about our comfort, and very aware of the Covid-related issues and recommendations.

Was greeted as we come through the door and was questions on what we was looking for then pointed us in the right direction and took us to the mattress simulator. Once completed showed the recommended mattress then was not bothered or pressured intill we had told them the mattress we wanted to order then the ordering and payment was quick and easy also offered drinks while going through the prossed. Also all mattresses we tried where cleaned down before and after testing. Great customer service and experience.
