I was met by Mark who was so helpful and give me some space to browse without feeling pressured. He then went on to ask what I was looking for.. I explained I had servicer back and joint issues. He then asked if I wanted to try the computerised mattresses out, even tho there were others in the store he made me feel comfortable during the test.. Thank you Mark

Lee customer service made us feel welcomed explained all covid guidelines and put no pressure on us and when we was ready for him to assist us let him know . Lee had fantastic knowledge in all areas really understood our needs he shared humour with us throughout and made us relaxed . Lee was competent in all areas and when we had finally decided Lee again showed great professionalism and gave us a great deal . Lee by far is the best customer service we have had and is a credit to your company!
