Mark in the pentrebach store in Merthyr tydfil was very patient, and knowledgable about the bed that I required. He observed the social distancing requirement that made me feel at ease. I would use that store again.

Excellent sales advisor, not pushy allowed us to make an informed decision on our purchase. Spent sufficient time advising us of correct product for us to invest in as spending a larger amount of money than we originally planned but made us happy with that decision

As soon as we entered the store mark was very helpful his knowledge of all the different products available was excellent he gave us time to decide with no pressure at all and was always available for any questions he made our experience very satisfying and we also liked the quality of all the products available we would certainly go back in the future.

Having been dreading the arduous task of replacing our mattress, we were immediately put at ease by Mark, and advised and guided thoroughly every step of the way. It was, overall, an experience I thought was going to be stressful but turned out not to be the case, thanks to the assistance we received. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

The sales assistant AMY was absolutely delightful! She had a fabulous knowledge of all the mattresses and knew exactly which was the perfect one for me. It was a lovely experience. Thank you Amy.
