Lee couldn’t of made the experience any better after explaining the awful service I had with Bensons. He went above and beyond he listened to every detail and found the best bed and mattress that suited us.

The sales assistant Mark was very knowledgeable about the products he allowed us to take our time to pick the mattress we wanted providing advice on each one, I felt very confident in the purchase due to the advice given by Mark, I felt very comfortable and welcomed at the store, I was extremely happy from start to finish.

The man assisting us (Lee) was super lovely and he understood our needs and our budget and helped us so much

I am not a lover of visiting shops especially for things that I know very little about. On visiting the Store on Saturday in Merthyr I was greeted by Kelly, and immediately made me feel at ease. Kelly is very knowledgeable about all the products that are for sale in the store, a rare skill these days. My visit and purchase was made very easy for me, thank you.

From the time we entered the Merthyr Tydfil store to the time we left, we were advised & helped by the assistant Amy in a very friendly & knowledgeable manner. (albeit her face was hidden by a mask). She showed us many options & gave us plenty of time to try out examples and discuss between ourselves.
