Great customer service, great price and used a machine to figure out the best bed fit. Which was brilliant, can’t wait to now get my new perfect for me bed

Kelly the salesperson was fantastic in explaining what we required and showing us the dream machine, she offered us a bottle of water and took time to speak about the various beds that had been suggested to us. The store was lovely and clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, also the isolating rules were perfect, plus the hand stations were well positioned, I’ve bought with Dreams before and will always come back, my granddaughter needs a new mattress so I’ve told her to get to a Dreams in Merthyr for outstanding help and choice.

All staff members were extremely helpful and were all asking if we wanted a drink and they even kept an eye on our son with special needs

David the person who welcomed us was amazing made the experience very manageable and myself and my 90 year old Nan with mobility issues felt at ease. David was very patient, friendly and so knowledgeable. He made our experience a excellent one! Got the product we wished for and served with a friendly smile.

Staff were very helpful and knowable .Although my husband became dizzy after lying flat ,they provided water ,it was also a very hot day.l have recommended the store to my friends .

From start to finish we were so happy with the service we received from Kelly at dreams Merthyr tydfil she made us feel so welcome and listen to everything we asked for, nothing was any trouble she helped us in every way we were looking for a certain bed and mattress and was not expecting to get it that day we was going to try dreams first and move on to the next store we stayed there with Kelly for over a hour and not once did we get rushed thank you so much dreams I will definitely be back .
