We have always purchased our beds and mattresses from Bed of Dreams as the customer experience is second to none. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and take time to understand our requirements before explaining and showing us the various options available to us.

The lad I dealt with was very knowledgable and informative, one of the rare occasions I’ve been to a shop and got what I was looking for straight away. I employed a number of people over many years and that lad is a gem.

Mark the store sales man was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable and gave us good advise. Always at hand but never over bearing. Mark was friendly and easy to speak to and very patient with our 2 daughters and even offered cold water.
