The lady was extremely friendly and polite and ensured all my needs were fully met. She went above and beyond her role to ensure the bed was the correct bed for me and was extremely knowledgeable and kind, being 28 weeks pregnant she was very understanding of my needs.

Claire was very helpful even though she was with another customer. She listened to my needs and explained and personally pointed out the mattresses. She offered chairs for myself and daughter and even water while we went through paying. She was informative,helpful and very professional. Great service.

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She showed me the various colour options available in the bed I was interested in and checked delivery times more than once for me, as I kept changing my mind !! A very pleasant young lady. Happy Customer !

We were shown a range of mattresses that suited our needs. The salesman was friendly and helpfull.

we were greeted by the door and welcomed in, we were shown a range of items and Huw put out pillows so we could try the mattresses out then also explained the differences between each product which was very useful. My daughter had a nasty cough and Huw and Ash got her a bottle of water which was great and they also helped keep her entertained while we looked around.

We had excellent service when attending the store and I must say the help we had was second to none. We had our little girl with us and everyone help keep her busy while we found our perfect bed. Thank you very much.
