The bed that I wanted was in the showroom so I had a clear idea of how it would look in real life rather than online. The sales assistant was very helpful, she also helped me find the perfect mattress.

The store assistant was new to the job but was knowledgable about the products. Anything which she was unsure of she asked her supervisor and came back to us with the answer to any query.

My experience of shopping with Dreams felt like a bespoke service. I was greeted by Huw who was friendly and helpful. He was able to explain to me the products available specifically for my individual needs. The other staff were also very friendly engaging in friendly banter with us. Huw offered us refreshments and we at no time felt pressured to purchase or to complete our purchase. We would return for further purchases.
