I was impressed by the selection in the store. The store was clean and tidy and the sales assistant was incredibly helpful.

The advisor was very good. He took the time to go through all varieties of mattresses. Allowed us time to browse and was ready to answer any questions or help further when needed.

It was very refreshing to deal with Zoe and her colleagues. Very helpfull and excellent product knowledge. Genuine friendly and personable and not pushy or any hard sell tactics. As a team they are a great bunch - real synergy and accomodating and helpfull to each other - again all staff very pleasant and knowledgable. I work in frontline healthcare and have an old fashioned approach to good manners and work ethic. The staff at Dreams Sittingbourne are a credit to the company. I dont shop much however I find increasingly poor service in the service and retail sector nationwide which has many underlying reasons im sure. Coming into Dreams and dealing with motivated, relaxed, friendly profesionals is a breath of fresh air. We left the store before purchase to look for other retailers and on approching the door of another bed shop we stopped , turned around and walked back into Dreams. Job done. Im hoping, and Im sure the mattress will be as good as it appears in the shop. Again Zoe was excellent and all the staff were equally a real credit to your organisation. thank you.
