Dreams - Sittingbourne

The staff were very friendly and the sleepmatch machine seemed excellent. There was no pressure in selecting anything and I ended up with everything I needed. I used Dreams before years ago for my last mattress purchase and will use them again in the future when the time comes.

The sales person was very helpful and very efficient she took time to explain everything to us.

Good help from assistant, I even got a cup of tea.

Joanna was very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

Darren was great, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Staff were also very kind with regards to the children running around.

Shop assistant Darren at the Sittingbourne branch made the experience for us. He could see we had 2 very young children, and that we were eager to make the process as quick and pain free as possible before the children got fed up! He was very quick to recognise what we needed, our budget, and understand our sleep habits, and soon after we found the mattress that suited us, and our desired affordability. Darren was extremely knowledgeable, made us comfortable (and even offered us pillows to enhance the sleep experience!) and very friendly.

The Dreams Sleep Match was excellent in providing our best mattress options. There were 3 Therapur combination beds in a row and it was nice to go from one to the other which helped massively in feeling the difference. Julie was very helpful and knew what we were looking for.

Darren was extremely helpful but did not try to force me to go with specific options. He gave me time to discuss with my friend and have a think before coming back to him. I even left on the Saturday night to decide which one I wanted and then returned on the Sunday morning and even this wasn’t a problem.
