Helpful, knowlegeable assitant. Made it easy to narrow down the options that would meet our needs. Made it quick and painless. The only issue is with the amount of repetition of having to look at the computer screen everytime we added an option on at the end e.g. removing old bed and assembling the new one. The actual purchase admin took longer than choosing the bed itself.
