The salesman Darren was very nice and extremely helpful

Upon our approach into the sittingbourne store, we were welcomed by Darren who we couldn’t have faulted. He was super friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met and understood. He firstly got us to lay down on the mattress tester machine - where we got a clear indication of which mattresses were going to suit us best. Darren took us around the store, pointing out ones he would recommend within the budget we quoted him, and also gave us his honest opinions on each mattress as well as allowing us to have time to test each one out. We opted for the finance option and again Darren was very helpful and took us through everything we needed to know. If it wasn’t for Darren we probably wouldn’t have made a purchase that day, as originally we just went in store to have a look. But with how helpful Darren was, and also with the current price of the mattress we wanted we couldn’t have said no

From the moment we arrived in the store we were made to feel comfortable and welcome it felt like we actually mattered, the assistant Zoe was extremely helpful and courteous catering to our needs and giving us advice. not a pressure sale, we were offered a drink and was taken through the store unrushed, Zoe was a really polite and friendly lady and made the experience of looking for a new mattress pleasurable rather than a chore, in the end we were very happy to make a purchase there and then as Zoe had found us exactly what we wanted at a price we found competitive and good value, having been there once we would recommend it to our friends and would certainly shop there again

Georgia was very helpful and steered me away from a bed that would have been too hard towards something more supportive.

Visited Sittingbourne, was greeted by Thomas who showed us the product we went in to see and then explained the different products available with great detail and advice!

A assistant came up to me I said I was browsing I was then left to browse, as soon as I had a question I was quickly helped and made a choice while doing so, I was made a cuppa assistant very friendly and patient. Thanks dreams my new mattress was quickly delivered and my old one taken away,. Very happy.
