Zoe was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs without being pushy or using hard sell tactics.

My wife and I first visited Sittingbourne store on Wed 26th and were greeted warmly by Zoe who told us where to look in showroom for the items we were looking for. We weren’t quite decided at that time and Zoe highlighted website to research further and the current excellent 3 for 2 offer on furniture. After deciding on items in the Samara range I phoned store to check if the were available to view which they were and we returned to view and subsequently placed our order with Zoe additionally selecting further items and utilising the buy now pay later option which Zoe highlighted in addition to other interest free options available to spread cost. Excellent coffee provided by Georgia whilst Zoe processed our order. A great buying experience from start to finish. Thank you Zoe and Georgia.

The sales assistant was new to your company yet she was very friendly informed me of alternative beds that I was unaware of and she remained professional throughout It was only at the end I was told she was new. Otherwise I’d have not guessed as she seemed very informed on your products

The sales assistant Georgia was training, however she very knowledgeable, very professional, friendly and very helpful.

Zoe was very friendly and approached us with no fuss or pressure, she genuinely wanted to help. It was suggested that to save time in looking for a bed, we spend some time on the bed scanner. Zoe then pointed out what beds may suit. She stayed with us and then kindly left us alone in stages so that we may relax on the beds. Zoe made sure that here pricing was correct by speaking with here manager, whom were also friendly and helpful. We at no point felt pressured, the whole process was relaxed and zoe's extensive product knowledge allowed us to make the correct choice

The lady we dealt with approached us quickly. Qualified what we wanted quickly gave us choices of colours and storage but let us make the decision. The whole experience was professional clear and very friendly. Not once did we feel pushed. Everything with the order was clarified before taking the payment so there was no confusion. Great service!!!!

The store was very clean, the staff were very friendly & welcoming. We were allowed to stroll around looking & trying out the mattresses to our time needed & didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything was explained in detail about delivery,insurance the bill etc etc. Darren at the sittingbourne branch makes a great cup of tea as well & Zoe who dealt with us with the ordering was really lovely ,very professional , explaining Everything & was very approachable.we have over the past 5+ years have purchased our own bed/mattress etc,& now with this purchase three sets of bunk beds /mattresses. We wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. Thank you dreams for a great items & great service every time.
