Jo went above and beyond and listened to what we needed. Was very informative and wasn't a pushy lady ( that puts me off personally hate that ) but she was brilliant and very professional will 100% be back as we need the cooling mattress topper and the pillow cases too but they weren't in stock yesterday

The Assistant Richard could not have been more helpful. Took his time explaining everything with what I needed.

She gave me options and explained thoroughly the pros and cons of each and all of this whilst maintaining social distancing and covid protocols. When placing the order everything was explained fully and all my questions answered. The whole experience and transaction was fantastic
