I was welcomed very quickly just after coming in the shop and was asked if I needed help and was told about the mattress detector that picks the right mattress for me. I was offered tea coffee and water. I had my nan with me and she wasn’t offered the same. I didn’t feel rushed at all to make my decision and was shown a big range of different mattresses. The process for paying was very quick and I was made aware of the 0% finance over 9 months and other payment methods that would suit me best. I would definitely 100% return to this store when I’m looking for anything else bed related and recommend friends and family to this store.

Tom, (Thomas) in Sittingbourne store was great. He was professional and helpful and not at all pushy. He allowed us time to make our own minds up and offered helpful advice and explained jargon in a friendly and not at all patronising. He was really friendly and we returned to make our purchase later in the day after checking with a few other retailers for what they were offering. We returned to buy a more slightly more expensive product to other similar products and got exact what we wanted rather than settling for a compromise like other stores were suggesting to us and this was down to Tom and his helpfulness. He made us feel welcome throughout our two visits and explained everything we needed, which was much better than any of the nearby competition stores. Thank you.

Staff were friendly we were taken care of by Darren, we tested the bed that told us what mattress we needed and he showed us all the ones best suited to us we fell in love with the perfect one the tempur elite cool touch it was the best, we were sat down and done the sale process so quickly and left to carry on with our shopping, we don’t have to wait too long for our mattress to be delivered giving us plenty of time to dismantle the bed ect as we also purchased a brand new bed which we can’t wait to get here..we are looking forward to the best nights sleep ever 💤👍😃
