Your colleges Tom was friendly, assertive and had excellent product knowledge. Nothing was too much hassle to spend time helping us and getting our needs right. Lovely guy and you should be proud to have him working for you! (Thanks Tom you saved us from getting a divorce arguing over our current bed lol).

The staff were very friendly helpful and patient, helping us to understand the difference between the various mattresses on offer. Darren in particular was very helpful without being pushy and allowed us to take our time to make our decision.
