The sales guy was very knowledgeable and offered the sleep test which was a good way of finding out what our needs were

Darren was our salesperson. He made it very easy to understand and showed all different styles and prices of mattresses. We decided to go for one nearer the top end of the price scale and with the cooling gel topper which matched our needs. He was friendly and down to earth and even made our kids feel welcome and safe within the store.
