I have to say is very rare to get so much help advice attention what I got from lady at your store. Her name was I think Joanna. Realy happy

We were greeted as soon as we entered the showroom and were shown to the items we wished to purchase. The sale assistant, Maria was very knowledgeable and made sure she understood our needs. We were shown all products that met our requirements and given all prices and special offers. Maria was courteous and made us feel welcome helped us with our decisions with her expert knowledge and offered us a pillow so that we could test the mattress we wanted. All in all it was a very pleasant and efficient buying experience.

Customer service was excellent and very helpful, Julia and Karen at the Sittingbourne branch made purchasing my new bed very easy.

There was no pressure at all from the sales person which I liked

Joanna was extremely welcoming and greeted us as soon as we entered the store. We’d been to another Dreams store previously and had done sleepmatch so had an idea of what we wanted to order. Joanna had great product knowledge and helped us to narrow it down. After picking out our bed frame she offered us a bottle of water and a pillow covered in a clean covering to try out a few mattresses. While always social distancing Joanna gave us confidence in our choice of mattress and explained about the 40 night guarantee. Joanna was personable and friendly while taking us through the process of finding out new bed. High quality customer service.
