Dreams - Sittingbourne

We were met at the doors we explained we only required a new mattress. They took us to a measuring bed put down protective sheeting. The results from the machine were then explained to us fully. Our trip around the showroom trying all the different types of matresses the machine had indicated. During this time we were offered a bottle of water several times. All in all a very satisfactory experience. The two staff members were friendly and took great care under the covid situation. The two staff members were Lisa and Michael.

We attended the Dreams outlet on Wednesday Morning in our initial search, we were welcomed into the store in a friendly and polite manner and your service agent MICHAEL went through the basic safety requirements and asked would we be wanting to test beds today, that answer was yes, he introduced us to the SLEEP MATCH programme, this was awesome. From there he he provided us with wrapped pillows and off we went on our search. We was offered Water as a refreshment and there was plenty of Paper Wrap and sanitiser available. We narrowed our search down to 3 items and we explained to MICHAEL that we needed to do some more research. He promptly produced the 3 Bedding description sheets for us to take away, we found this exceptional service. We reviewed what we wanted and was so impressed by the customer service we had received from Dreams that we returned this morning to make our purchase, it was nice that MICHAEL was on shift again today so we could follow up with him.
