The sales person greeted me straightaway - I explained what I wanted - and that I had looked at your website for options - he showed me the available mattresses - put down a cover so I could lay on some of the mattresses - I made my decision and proceeded to make my purchase - good delivery timescale - start to finish = 15 mins
