The assistant was polite,knowledgeable and helpful, he took time to ascertain my exact needs and did not push me into a particular product but ensured that I was able to experience a range of choices.

I Immediately found what I was looking for but at no time did I feel pressured to buy. The assistant Michael was helpful throughout, taking photos to send home so that I could show to my husband before making a decision to buy together with the dimensions. I then made a second visit with my husband before deciding to buy and he went through any further questions in a freindly helpful manner.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the advisor (Michael) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what products would meet our needs. He did not push us, he gave us time on our own to think about that we needed and was on hand once we made our decision.
