The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, one of my preferred choices was out of stock but that was sorted out. They advised me on a product because I have an issue with my back.

Overall service was absolutely brilliant by Darren @ the Sittingbourne dreams store in Kent. He fully understood what I was looking for ( I’m rather picky!), helped me choose a bed & made me feel at ease. I chose the Ellis bed in double and got home to then find it was rather large for my bedroom so had to come back today (the next day) to which he fully helped me choose the Grove bed, in which I added a mattress onto from the sale. Overall happy with my products after being disheartened by the Ellis bed not fitting. Darren is a real credit to your company, and is the most helpful, sincere, and made the nicest experience I’ve had choosing a bed.
