Your scanning machine makes it very easy to work out the most suitable beds, then the sales lady helped us buy the right one. She was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Infact I wanted to by the bed from Dreams because she was so nice.

Jo was friendly and very knowledgable about the products, gave us all the options and alternatives.

I was impressed with the helpful staff and their expert knowledge was paramount in order that I could make the best decision in choosing a mattress and pillow. Having the computer measuring my own pressure points gave me reassurance on making such a costly purchase. I was not rushed to make and decision and not pressured at all.

The lady who was with us was named Karen and she was very kind and helpful . She also told us to take our time and to be comfortable when trying the mattresses. She was very knowledgeable as well so that was a great help to us both. Then when we placed the order her college Julia was also really good and friendly and explained things very well.

Julie in the Sittingbourne store was very polite,helpful and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with.No pressure to purchase which is the way I like to be treated,pushy salespeople do not get my business.I even commented to my wife as we left the store, that is how you should be looked after in a store and how nice Julie was.

From the moment we entered the store Darren was very helpful very informative and guided us across the range an employee to be very proud of. He actually asked us what we wanted without being intrusive which is very rare in today's market
