Darren at sittingbourne was great we came over from Ashford to view the new Murphy frame. He was able to point in the direction quickly and spoke about our needs with us. He also offered the sleepmatch while he made us a drink so we were able to pick a decent mattress. Very satisfied with our service he was so friendly and we left with everything we needed.

Darren, the assistant, was very helpful and provided us with the information we were after. He showed us several options and mattress types and explained the differences of each product. He gave us the space and time to think about our purchase with no pressure or persuasion towards a particular product. It was great customer service and Darren really understood how to look after his clients.
