Dreams - Sittingbourne

Joanna was amazing. She was so helpful and gave really good advice about the best mattress to choose. Dreams as a whole have been really accommodating. I’m moving into a new build and am concerned my move in date may be delayed. Another bed store I visited previously weren’t overly helpful or reassuring and basically said if I wasn’t moved in in 8 weeks then nothing could be done to delay the delivery date or store the bed. Dreams were the opposite and reassured me that the delivery date can easily be changed it necessary. This was much appreciated and really helpful.

I have purchased all our beds/mattresses & bedroom furniture for our family from Dreams for the last 20 years. Whenever we have needed new bedroom furniture I would always go to Dreams straight away, as I know that I have always found what I required and I have also recommended their service to all our friends and family. I have always found them excellent in their customer service and also so helpful in choosing a new item when needed. I would like to specifically mention my local branch, Sittingbourne in Kent, as the staff there have always been so helpful and friendly every time I have ever attended there.

we just popped in just to see what was available and ended up ordering 2 x single bed mattress plus the pillows and duvets what a pleasure it was and the salesperson was excellent her name is Joanna and a credit to your company. Also we could pick our delivery date to coincide with decorating. We will be back when we replace our mattress. As these are for a spare room

The Saleslady was hugely helpful and patient in letting us test various beds/mattresses.

From the moment I walked into the store the sales lady was friendly helpful and knowledgeable and took me through all the processes of finding a new mattress and showing me what would suit me through to ordering what I had chosen
