i went to buy a mattress, i was served well, i brought my mattress, easy.

Very friendly, patient and knowledgable sales support provided. Lot of options provided and tried to give us best price and most approbpriate delivery time.

Very nice staff, very helpful but not there fault delivery is so long and item quite expensive for what I wanted to pay but not enough choice for a soft mattress in store to choose from, loved the tempura cloud but no way is that worth 2 grand which only left me one other option. Maybe I should have tried Bensons, my fault.

The Sittingbourne Store was very clean. And The Assitant who helped me decide on the King Bed I purchased, Michael was very informed and helpful to me.

I'm a qualified NVQ Assessor in retail and customer service the staff met all the standards I would expect as a customer, due to my knowledge I probably have higher expectations than most customers, I was impressed by knowledge of staff and the fact that other staff who weren't serving me but we're close by when order was being processed engaged in conversation.

Michael was extremely approachable to knowledgeable from the beginning. We benefitted from testing our sleep positions first and then Michael took us through a range of products. There was no pressure to purchase and he was relaxed and comical
