Good friendly attitude towards customers, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Very helpful staff, although it was very busy in the store so it took some time for a staff member to be available to see me. Once I was with a staff member, I found them very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Health and safety/COVID restrictions were respected and social distancing was in place.

We went to a store in 2020 to try different mattresses but decided to wait on making a decision. After trying multiple mattresses at various stores we decided to order the mattress we had found online and I was then helped by a sales advisor to finalise the sale over the phone as was having a few issues. The site was very easy to use and the person on the phone (James) was very helpful and friendly

my previously purchased 8 year old mattress from Dreams was starting to not be so comfy. with the pandemic I was unable to go into a store but James was superb in finding my old data on my previous mattress and recommending the right one - the online experience was superb, his knowledge was excellent and the whole buying experience worked seamlesssly.
