My wife and I were pleasantly greeted when entering the premises and received fantastic service and advice from Maria when selecting a mattress, even advised to use the technology on hand to help in selecting the right one for us. Both Maria and Karen were fantastic.

The team in the store were really polite and helpful and honest. They even had a laugh and a joke with us and made me feel like they really cared and wanted the best for us.

We were welcome on arrival by Maria, who was friendly and helpful. She offered us the sleepmatch to help us find the perfect mattress. Once this was done, she showed us the results. Unfortunately we didn’t like any of the options offered to us. Based on what we were after Maria offered us an alternative, which we both liked and purchased.
