Maria ( sales person at Sittingbourne store) was very knowledgable,helpful and very patient because believe you me, we did try every bed possible in our quest for the correct bed to suit both of us more than once ! She must have the patience of a saint. We never felt under pressure at any stage.

The branch in Sittingbourne,Kent always provides great service..... they aren’t pushy but they 100% know their stuff! Myself and my family will continue to use Dreams in Sittingbourne for all of our needs. Great team :)

As soon as l walked into your sittingbourne store , l was greeted with a smile & the assistant Maria was so helpful . She put me on a scan mattress or what ever it was called & if was so helpful . She didn't rush me so that made me feel at ease , l was offered a cup of tea which was so appreciated Ordering the mattress was so simple , took no time at all , l walked away feeling relieved knowing that a good dreams mattress would be delivered in 2 weeks I would certainly recommend dream's. I'm now looking forward to a good night 😴 sleep

The experience with the staff in store was excellent - I need the bed for when I recover from an operation and the original cheaper mattress we wanted was not available for delivery before the timeframe I needed - also the single mattress was so expensive at £850 in the sale and with discount
