Good and friendly service

The staff members were nice and welcoming, they listened to what I needed and did not push me or force me into making a decision

Staff were friendly and helpful. Respected and followed government guidelines. We were helped to find what we were looking for.

As high risk people we were not at all worried about the cleanliness of the store, with hand sanitizers all around, masks worn and social distance kept at all times. We would highly recommend Dreams at Sittingbourne.

Darren was incredibly helpful and took his time to show us all of our options

Darren, who served us, was really friendly and really helpful. He took the time to explain all of the mattress choices for us and we felt that we could take our time in choosing which one was best. Overall I am very satisfied, but it is a shame that the mattress delivery time is so long, but I do realise that is the nature of the mattress we have chosen.

Thay explained everything to me ... and was very helpful and answered all the questions I asked
