Was looking for more of a discount, seeing as I paid over a £1000.

The store could be more colourful it is very plain Perhaps an area where customers could sit and discuss items they are thinking of purchasing or to discuss their finances rather than standing or sitting on the beds

Nicola was very polite and helpful during our visit and explained all the difference between all products to help us chose the right bed for us.

I tried to order the bed on line for two days but it wouldn't recognise my postcode it is not a new built but a old house so not sure why it wouldn't so had to go into store to order but the lady was very helpful just didn't really want the hassle of going into store as had loads of painting to do!!!

Completing the credit application was complicated - it took three attempts each with a 15 minute wait. The staff were very kind throughout and made numerous attempts to speed the process along but the ordering still took over an hour! I do need to reiterate how accommodating and friendly the staff at the Sittingbourne staff were throughout this long process.

I was disappointed that the mattress I wanted had a sale price for medium but not for firm and I had to pay £300 more. Although the assistant was friendly and attentive, I didn't think she was very knowledgeable about the product.

Firstly the main entrance was not working so we thought it was closed, until we tried the other door. There was no sign saying anything. We were looking for a single bed for my husband who is disabled and found the only ones to look at were on the top floor. Although there is a lift it becomes quite stressful when they are in pain they were also at the back of the store so more walking. I then found that my single divan that was £209 would be over £400 because of the headboard and upgrade of mattress that was recommended. It would have been nice to have had the headboard or even something taken off. The sales assistant did a reasonable job but I think maybe some training on how to manage disability in the store to avoid having to do lots of walking would be most welcome.

The lady didn't know how to fill the forms out properly and seemed uneducated using the computer. Was like trying to teach your nan how to use an iPhone
