I knew what I wanted and my husband had visited the store a few days earlier. I just came to pay for the item we had decided on. So it was made easy for the sales assistant.

Im not sure i can put highly satisfied as its just a standard procedure of buying a mattress but this shouldnt reflect Dreams as i was very happy with service it just wasnt outstanding which for a mattress is understandable

I brought the bed and matriss there and then paid over £1500 and they said they will deliver Monday which was 3 days time, and as soon as I signed everything the machine said delivery will the the 28th December which I'm not happy about, your website even says buy now deliver before Christmas which is false advertisement , so for that reason I'm really unhappy

As the store is on two floors and the product we was buying was on the upper level I feel there should always be an assistant on that level to deal with enquirer.

Everything was great. filling out this survey is the worst. havinving the potential to win a prize when the price of the product could be reduced instead

I felt as if we we're harassed by the floor staff. They we're overly nice (almost fake) but I felt we couldn't talk or make a decision without being interrupted. When we decided on a mattress for our son the assistant went and got it which was nice but we wasn't 100% sure on it but felt we should just go with it because she had already got it.
