I think if a customer pays over £200/£250 for something, like mine was for a mattress, then have my old mattress taken away for free. Also if there was an offer of half price on buying 2 or more mattresses, I would have brought 2. I didn't see any offers really.

I always find having worked in retail that if you get top marks all the time you get complacent ,having a little bit less gives you something to aim for,that’s what my old boss use to tell me anyway 😉

To begin with I misunderstood the discounting system in the the assistant explain ed it carefully and I understood and was happy with her expertise in explaining how disconnects work

The manger seemed a bit rude and abrupt. No smile and non welcoming. The staff member that dealt with us was a great help and had great knowledge and would return because of his expertise. However if the manager dealt with us then we would not of returned.

I was happy with the mattress I picked, it was a little on the pricey side though but the thing that let Dreams down was the length of time until delivery, the first delivery date available was 26th March. Also we was looking to buy two mattresses yesterday but Dreams only had a Soft and a Medium in the Hypnos models, we really wanted to try a Firm meaning we have taken our business to Gerald Luckhurst as they had a Firm to try in store.
