I felt that the colleague wasn t as prepared as it was your first colleague when we purchased our products gor the first time and it was like he wanted to to finish with us as fast as he could. ( it s our second time of buying from you and for sure not the last but this time it wasn t to pleasant and i m sorry to say this)

The service and product price were just satisfactory. I think there is room for improvement because the staff were pleasant enough but I wasn't offered a drink or to go on the bed calibration machine until after I had purchased the bed

I don’t think I could ever be Highly Satisfied with buying a mattress!!

We were not told in the store that we could not sleep on the mattress for 24 hours, as it had to be allowed to expand. We would not have known this had the delivery driver not told us. Luckily we still have the old mattress. It as not caused a problem but would have been nice to told this.

I work in retail and it really is important that the common term "GUYS" is not used by retail professionals. It is an American term to indicate a group of men and for the people born after 2010, not for people born before this age. I had to earn Customer Service Diplomas and you would not have got one by referring to Customers as "GUYS". A simple "Can I help you" or "Can I be of service" would be better.

Too long for delivery considering the price of the purchases I would of expected them to be quicker than two weeks

The store was undergoing a refit so wasn’t easy moving around There was resin all over the floor so as soon as I walked in the store I was guided around by an assistant. I usually like to have some space alone to browse before engaging with assistants. Other than that my visit was ok.
