The assistant was so welcoming and helpful. Our fullest needs were provided and we were even shocked with how good the hospitality of the store was and we were constatly reassured with the products and our purchase. We were asked at every possible opportunity if we were happy and did we understand all the benefits of the more tailored items.

Unfortunately the bed that calculates the way you sleep and therefore suggests which mattress would suit us best was not working properly so therefore we could not be highly satisfied however the team did the best they could.

We went to the store (and received some great advice and service) we needed to measure and be sure of sizing at home. We called to place the order with The store but couldn’t as Dreams do not accept an order via a mobile phone. We only have landline for internet, as many people do, there is no data protection law in place to require this so as we were unable to go back to the store that day, we missed out on the 10% discount offer. Very disappointed with the Dreams system. The staff were as helpful as they could be with this.

I had my daughter in a wheelchair and the first assistant we spoke to pointed us to the lift and sent us upstairs. A second assistant followed us up and said she thought we had been directed wrong. This assistant was really helpful asking what exactly we wanted and giving us choices in both price and comfort.

Was given a date for delivery at the start which was ideal for us, then buy the time the order was processed it was not available

We actually wanted to take the deal of silent night pillows for £20 but the assistant forget to put them through- this was mainly because she got side tracked as the bed we wanted was not in stock. There was no way then of her being able to pit it through the checkout at £20 which is not her fault but the fault of the systems in store . She was very helpful and very apologetic

Simply put, your pricing style appears deliberately misleading as a hook to get people through the door. Price for base, price for mattress, price for headboard (my GOD that was an eye-watering realisation), price to add protection to the base, protection to the mattress etc etc... it just seems that you get a guideline in your head looking online based on a picture online. You then realise you're not just 100 pounds out, but 300 or 400 out and that's 50% again on top of what you were budgeting.
