we were assisted by Ayse, who was excellent at interpreting our needs to find the correct bed and mattress for my son. I found the store and personnel to be highly efficient and made it a joy to shop there.

i visited many other bed shops elsewhere - your staff were great, extremely polite and they knew what they were talking about. it gave me confidence in your company and the product. it was also a lot cheaper than elsewhere!!

Darren, who served us, what not only very helpful but really friendly an approachable. He knew his product well and offered other alternatives and products without being pushy or overbearing. As silly as it sounds, we actually enjoyed our shop for pillows! Thanks Darren.

This was a complete impulse buy as we were actually out shopping for stuff for our wedding in August so to then purchase a bed for £5k we definitely had a lovely experience!!! The staff member Darren was lovely and not overpowering and asked if we wanted to take the tempur challenge and if we had heard of it!! Wondering what all the rage was about we tried it and then..... Gosh!!! We understood!! We were made a nice cup of tea and he,per to understand all the options and colours..... We were about to pay then saw the tv bed and ops!!..... Changed our purchase after Darren again took time to show us the product in full. Karen helped make the purchase through the system and finance options which again was really quick easy and hassle free!! Great experience and cannot wait for our bed to arrive which is a fantastic super kind tv bed with smart tv and tempur cloud mattress!!! Thanks dreams!

All assistants in the store were extremely helpful, gave us the information we asked for and left us to look over the beds we were interested in without being "pushy" but knowing we could call them at any time.
