Darren and Nicola were extremely helpful they did not rush us they both took their time to explain everything we needed to know.

The service given by both Nicola and Darren was friendly, processional and extremely helpful. They were both more than happy to assist myself and my wife during our visit this morning. Their enthusiasm, energy and knowledge was authentic and warm. We have no doubt that we will visit there again for all our bedroom furniture needs and will not hesitate to fully recommend this branch to our friends and family. Thank you

The general attitude within the store was friendly and polite. Through talking we learnt that the salesman was a new employee, however this was not evident from the way that he was serving us as he was extremely confident and knowledgeable about the products and how to serve. My partner and I would always consider Dreams again before any other similar type of store as we had an enjoyable stress free experience.

I was warmly greeted by the shop assistant Darren, who was more then helpful! I didn't really know what I was looking for and he stayed with me throughout my time in the shop and explained all the different options available to me, if he hadn't been so helpful I don't think I would have ended up making a purchase that day.

We walked in the shop just to look at the beds and met Darren who was just amazing got no words with his professional attitude who went through every bed in the shop with us and made us feel very special and deserve nothing but the best beds for our family. He got us the best deal and went out of his way just to make sure we got the best deal , to us He was not just selling us beds but making sure that we get the best service ever what a wonderfull man many thanks to Darren well done once again.
