Staff friendly helpful knew exactly what we needed

Every question or query was answered confidently & with a good knowledge of each product we compared. Darren gave us the information we needed & the guidance throughout our stay, being always attentive to our needs without being overpowering and on top of you

We were served by Nicola at the Sittingbourne store. She was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. Nicola was patient while we browsed the store for the suitable mattress, and was there to advise where necessary and help us to make the right decision.

The member of staff that delt with us was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us all the information we requested at our first visit and we delt with the same member of staff on our second visit and was very pleased.
