Dreams - Sittingbourne

Service from assistant (Darren ) was very good. He listen to our needs and advised on many types of beds. Made us feel very welcome and wasn't rushed in anyway.

Staff helpful but not overpowering. Helped in suggesting which items to choose from, then left for me to try out the best product that suited my needs.

We entered the store to look at headboards. Darren came to our assistance and directed us to where we could make our selection. We did not find what we were looking for so he offered us alternatives. We went with him and he was very helpful. We were able to select a headboard and he tried to get it in to our car. He was unable to get it in but offered us the alternative of a delivery. We went through the "desk" procedure and we came away knowing that when next we need one of your products "Dreams" is where we will come to.

I had previously called the store with a specific mattress in mind and the sales assistant was very helpful and when we went to try it she suggested alternatives, one of which was much better than my initial purchase would have been

The shop assistant was friendly, ready to give advice and the paperwork was completed quickly and without any fuss. We found what we wanted straight away and it was just what we wanted so are very pleased. We bought and ordered a headboard and also saw some nice bedside cabinets so will be going back soon to get those. We had bought a mattress a few years back so knew we would not be disappointed with the quality

The lady at the Sittingbourne branch was the best in fact she was the reason we returned and brought the bed, excellent service well done to her!! The delivery today was very good and i am now looking forward to sleeping on the bed tonight.
