We were welcomed from the moment we walked through the door, I had found what I wanted online and he knew straight away what one we wanted and where it was located in store. When asking about the delivery availability he knew the approximate timescale although did double check to confirm. We had all intentions of thinking about it and then ordering online after seeing it in person, however, I felt that I wanted to order this through the branch due to the level of service.
