Dreams - Sittingbourne

From the moment I entered the store, I was offered assistance, the staff offered my wife and I a cup of coffee while looking and deciding on our purchase. Totally had been given answered to questions asked and put at ease.

Hi the lady in the shop was so helpful. I have been suffering aches abs pains in my neck through not feeling comfortable on pillows. The lady choose servers pillows and got me to try them all out until I found one I liked. She showed me how to lay properly and her knowledge was amazing. I have spend a fortune on pillows never finding the right one until now. I will always bed everything for dreams in future. Thankyou so much.

We were served by Ayse in the sittingbourne store, she was highly knowledgeable about the product ranges and very attentive but not pushy when it came to purchasing. She also took the time to listen to what we had to say and could relate to us because we are first time buyers and she had been through the same thing recently. She was very helpful whilst we were in the store

Already have original Tempur mattress, was told about and shown all the others that have now been added to range, plus encouraged to try them.

The colleague serving us was friendly and efficient. He was knowledgeable and helped us make a decision with no pressure.
