Assistant very friendly and knowledgeable,guided us to exactly what we were looking for. We didn't really know what we were looking for as we haven't bought a bed for a number of years and the types of bed available was vast.

The experience and friendliness of the staff. They were willing to help and answer all questions we posed to them. Nothing was too much trouble. We have been going to Dreams for 10 years and Karen is an excellent manager.

Staff were friendly and very down to earth. Enjoyed the experience and was a stress free process to order my new bed and mattress.

Friendly helpful assistant who quickly showed us to the product fitting our needs answered questions and then left us to discuss between ourselves.

I popped in to my local Dreams about 6 weeks ago and found the lady then, knowledgeable, friendly and not in the least pushy. I have pondered since then the buying of said new mattress. Today I was helped by a very knowledgeable male person who again was friendly, kind and not pushy. Upon making my purchase the lady from my previous visit provided me with a much needed mug of coffee. There were 3 staff in store today and I found them all to be professional, down to earth and quite fun, which makes the visit to the store a memorable one for all the right reasons.

Had exactly what I needed and was In stock and at the right price.
