Darren was extremely helpful in explaining all the types and qualities of mattresses available to us. There was no rush and no pressure to make an immediate decision. - and he makes a nice cup of tea!

Guy, the assistant that helped us pick out our new bed was more than helpful, honest and friendly. He really made it easy for us to make a decision we were happy with.

Darren at Dreams in Sittingbourne was very helpful, even offering the use of the lift as I had had an operation on my foot. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and showed us a variety of different mattresses to try too! We were well looked after, offering us a hot drink while we went through our order, checking we had everything we needed. Darren also explained what we needed to do when they came to pick up our old mattress. He said that all the wardrobes would be assembled upon delivery. On arrival we were greeted by all the staff in a very friendly way even being offered a cup of very welcome tea. Darren, who looked after us was very knowledgeable on the Tempura products and we cemented our visit by placing our order. The loose items Darren kindly carried to our car
