Great attention and help from assistant

Visited your Sittingbourne branch and was greeted by a lovely lady member of staff who was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling ever so polite not pushy at all always had a smile on her face a credit to the team

My assistant Maria was very good at expressing my options in choice and price, and showed empathy and care for my situation. First class.

The staff was knowledgeable, customer focused, friendly and took the time needed to help me find the right mattress.

Rang first of all and no answer! But the assistant rang me straight back (Merissa) which I thought was very good customer service.she seemed to know her products very well! We then popped to the store and a Gentleman approached us straight away! Again he new his products and advices us on the mattress the Merissa had spoken about on the phone. Didn’t feel any pressure AT ALL! And then me and my husband,stood chatting to the staff for a good 30 mins ..they was interested in my husband being a sheep farmer.lovely staff would DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family 👍👍
