Darren was very helpful and helped us with all the queries we had and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Darren was very knowledgeable and helpful. He let me take the time to decide what I was after and didn’t put me off by chasing me around the store trying to “hard sale”. It was a nice change and I felt very relaxed and trusted his advice. Darren was very friendly and I built a good rapport with him. He let me take my time to choose what I wanted and I didn’t feel under pressure.

The experience was great, we did not expect to purchase everthing that day. Its was great. Trying out many beds with a lot of detail about them helped us to make a decision. Darren was friendly high spirited and very knowledgeable of the many products we tested.

Hi, Everyone was very professional from the sales assistant to the delivery driver. The men who erected the bed were very knowledgeable of the product. Well satisfied. The first order date was cancelled as the mattress was stolen from the lorry but after rearranging another date all went perfectly smooth. Regards M J Hayler
