Polite and courteous and listened to what we wanted. Did not push any products on us. Very pleased.

Man asked me if I wanted any help, then took me to what I was looking for, explained that it was suitable for my needs ( a top bunk bed mattress) and answered my questions, I was very happy with everything, so then went and paid for it. I collected it the next day, as agreed, and it was ready and waiting for me, he then carried it out to my car. Very helpful, and all very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

I had a very limited time to shop and hadn’t expected to actually purchase there and then but it was so quick and easy. The assistant knew exactly what to show me and where in the store they were. Very impressed.

JAMES OUR CONSULTANT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FULLY EXPLAINED THE BENEFITS OF UPGRADING TO A BETTER MATTRESS, WE WERE ORIGINALLY GOING TO SPEND £200 OR LESS BUT THANKS TO JAMES WE FOUND THE PERFECT MATTRESS AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY, WE DID SPEND A LOT MORE A TOTAL OF £1005 BUT WE FEEL THAT WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
