The service was good with clear explanations of the products. The transaction was completed smoothly and quickly. At no point did I feel pressurised into making a purchase. We could have looked elsewhere but went with Dreams as our first visit and purchase.

Very helpful when I explained I needed a new mattress due to back problems - shown a range to meet my needs at different prices. Told Darren my budget and there was no pressure to push me to go higher. Very helpful throughout especially as I had my 2 year old daughter with me as the time so wasn’t the easiest of tasks!
